Swing Command ("the Service") provides market information, analysis surfaces, and journaling tools for personal, non-commercial use by invited members.

• The Service is informational decision-support only. It does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice; it makes no recommendations; and it never executes trades.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or redistributing Service content, data, or screenshots for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Access is granted at Swing Command's discretion and may be suspended or revoked at any time.
• The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable; displayed timestamps and freshness marks are part of the Service's presentation and not a guarantee.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swing Command is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Privacy Policy

• Access requests: Swing Command stores the email address and optional note you submit, solely to review the request and respond.
• This form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to block automated abuse. Cloudflare processes limited technical data for this check.
• Members: Swing Command stores your email for authentication (one-time code login) and coarse access logs (area, time) for security auditing.
• No third-party analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.
• Journal entries and personal records belong to their author and are gated per-account; they are not shared with other members without explicit grant.
• To request deletion of your data, contact me at the address in your invitation email.
