Who We Are

Swing Command is a pre-launch software service. The person responsible for this website and service is Artium Golztman, Yehuda Halevi 37, Rishon LeZion, Israel ("we", "us"). Paid checkout is currently closed. You can reach us at support@swingcommand.com. In these terms, the "Service" means the Swing Command web application at app.swingcommand.com, the swingcommand.com website, subscriber email, and the subscriber Telegram channel.

The Service

Swing Command is a professional trading desk that helps you manage your trading workflow in one place: watchlists, scanning surfaces, an event calendar, threshold and state alerts, and a trade journal.

The Service is informational decision-support only. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It does not recommend any security, instrument, or action. It never connects to a broker, never places an order, and never sizes a position. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or portfolio manager in any jurisdiction. Every trading decision, and its outcome, is yours.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. One account belongs to one named person: it is personal and non-transferable. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

Sign-in works with your Google account or with a one-time code sent to your account email address. Your account email mailbox is therefore part of your account security: keep it protected, and tell us promptly at support@swingcommand.com if you believe your account or mailbox has been compromised.

Plans, Billing and Renewal

We offer paid subscription tiers (currently TERMINAL and DESK), billed monthly or annually. The price, currency, billing period and what each tier includes are shown at checkout and on the pricing page; the checkout price is the contract price.

Checkout is not yet open: no payment provider is active today. Payments will be processed by an external payment provider, named at checkout and on your receipt, once that provider completes its underwriting review and is activated. Whether it acts as our payment processor or as merchant of record (the seller of record for the payment transaction, handling applicable VAT and sales taxes) will be disclosed at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time by writing to support@swingcommand.com from your account email address; cancellation is handled by a person, without questions, and confirmed by email. It takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Canceling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund, except as described in the Refund Policy or required by law.

If we change a subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Where the law of your residence requires your affirmative consent to a price change, we will ask for it, and if you decline, your subscription will end at the current period with no further charge.

Launch Pricing

Launch pricing is capacity-based: the first 100 paid subscriptions, counted across TERMINAL and DESK together, lock the launch price of their chosen tier. Your launch price holds for as long as your subscription remains active. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, the launch price ends with it and the then-current price applies to any new subscription. The number of remaining launch-price seats shown on the site is live and real: seats exist only while fewer than 100 launch subscriptions are active, and a refunded launch purchase reopens its seat.

30-Day Money-Back and Renewal Grace

Your first payment carries a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee: press Refund in your account within 30 days of your first charge, or tell us, and we refund it in full, for any reason, to your original payment method. We refund in cash, never in store credit.

Renewal grace: if a renewal is charged and you have not used the Service since that renewal, we refund the renewal in full; if you have used it, we refund the unused remainder on a prorated basis from your request.

Full details, including how to request a refund, are in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

EU, EEA and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you subscribe. The Service starts immediately at your request; if you withdraw within the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for the days already elapsed and we refund the rest. You can exercise withdrawal through the Refund control in your account with a single confirmation step (within the first 30 days of a first payment it refunds the full payment, never less than the proportionate amount), or by writing to us at support@swingcommand.com. Cancellation works as described in Plans, Billing and Renewal.

Nothing in these terms deprives you of protections granted by mandatory law of the country where you habitually reside. Where these terms conflict with such protections, the protections prevail.

Acceptable Use

The Service is licensed to you personally. The following are prohibited:

1. sharing, lending, selling or otherwise providing your credentials or session to anyone else;
2. reselling, renting or transferring your account or any part of the Service;
3. redistributing or republishing Service content outside your personal use, including alert content, data, screenshots, exports, or content of the subscriber Telegram channel, whether free or paid;
4. scraping, crawling, or automated access, or bulk extraction beyond the export features we provide;
5. circumventing or attempting to circumvent access controls, session limits, device verification, or any technical protection;
6. reverse engineering or copying the Service, except to the extent a mandatory law permits it.

A material breach of this section entitles us to terminate your subscription without refund of the current billing period, to the extent permitted by mandatory law; amounts the law requires us to refund are always refunded, and your statutory rights are unaffected. The Acceptable Use Policy is published as the subsections below within this Acceptable Use section and is part of these terms.

One Account, One Person

A Swing Command subscription is a personal license for one named person. It is not a team seat, not a shared desk login, and not a distribution license. If several people at your firm want Swing Command, each subscribes.

Credentials, Sessions and Devices

Do not share your credentials, your emailed sign-in codes, or an open session with anyone.

How this is enforced on the technical level:

• the number of sessions an account can hold open at once is limited; opening more closes the oldest;
• signing in from a device we have not seen before can require re-verification by a code sent to your account email;
• we keep records of sign-ins and account activity, as described in the Privacy Policy under Account and Abuse Monitoring.

Unusual patterns (for example, an implausible number of devices in a month) are queued for review by a person. The only automated consequence is a re-verification prompt; restriction and suspension decisions are made by a human.

No Redistribution

Service content is for your personal use. Do not republish, forward, mirror, or resell alert content, data, screenshots, exports, or any content of the subscriber Telegram channel, in public or in private, free or paid. Forwarding the Telegram channel invite or its content to non-subscribers is the same breach.

No Automation Against the Service

No scraping, crawling, headless clients, or bulk extraction. Use the export features we provide. Do not probe, overload, or attempt to circumvent access controls, session limits, device verification, or rate limits.

Consequences

Breaches run the enforcement ladder in the Terms of Service (notice, re-verification, restriction, suspension, termination), and a material breach of this policy can end your subscription without refund of the current billing period, to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Amounts the law requires us to refund are always refunded. You can always appeal to support@swingcommand.com; a person answers within 5 business days.

Enforcement and Appeals

We enforce these terms on a graduated ladder: notice, then re-verification of sign-in, then feature restriction, then suspension, then termination. Restrictive actions beyond re-verification are decided by a person, not an algorithm, and we keep an evidence record of every enforcement act. In serious cases (fraud, account resale, redistribution at scale, attacks on the Service) we may suspend or terminate immediately.

You can appeal any enforcement act by writing to support@swingcommand.com. We answer within 5 business days. The appeal decision is final, subject to your statutory rights.

Telegram Channel

DESK subscriptions include access to the subscriber Telegram channel. Channel membership is bound to your account, is provisioned through a personal invite flow, and follows your subscription state: when a subscription ends, channel membership ends after the applicable grace handling. Channel content is Service content under these terms. Telegram itself is a third-party service under its own terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, design, data arrangements and content are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for the subscription term. Your own journal entries and notes remain yours; you grant us the license needed to store and process them to provide the Service.

Your Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights, including the account-security monitoring we run. It is part of these terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is informational and educational only. Markets involve substantial risk of loss; past patterns, statistics and labels are not predictions and not promises of any result. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; our aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is capped at the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

Term and Termination

These terms apply from account creation until termination. You may cancel as described above. We may terminate per the Enforcement section, or discontinue the Service entirely with at least 60 days notice, in which case we refund the unused part of any prepaid period pro-rata.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days notice by email. If a material change is adverse to you, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period. Where the law of your residence requires affirmative consent to a change, we will ask for it.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings in your home courts where the law gives you that right.
